青蛾蠟蟬
Geisha distinctissima
蛾蠟蟬科
體長約12~13 mm，體色為黃綠色，翅膀綠色或黃綠色，有些個體體表覆有白色蠟質，前胸背板上有4條褐色細縱紋，中間2條直到頭部，翅脈為黃褐色，清晰可見，翅後緣有褐色斑紋，停棲時外型很像小嫩葉，翅端則近似直角。
分布於低海拔山區或平地樹叢間，成蟲出現在春、夏二季。
