    小南港山位於大坑溪東邊，基隆河南岸新北市汐止區境內，海拔高度90公尺，地質構造屬於桂竹林層。從民權街1巷進入登山口，循著水泥石階往上，沿途可見環東大道山腰上有一座終南洞三聖宮，一般稱仙公廟，此廟始建於民國25年（昭和11年，1936年），民國72年（1983年）改建，已近八十年歷史，主要供奉孚佑帝君（呂洞賓先祖）、關聖帝君和司命帝君。

    廟後有小徑通往山頂，沿路可看到相思樹林，山頂有一個三等三角點，視野良好，可俯瞰基隆河和大坑溪的匯流點，還可眺望台北盆地四周山脈，如大屯山系、觀音山、林口台地、南港山等，以及101大樓等景觀。山徑步道完整，夏季蝴蝶數量繁多，翩翩飛舞於花叢間，冬季鳥兒啁啾鳴唱，為民眾休閒健身的好去處。
